Qualified male and female youth carers experienced in the care of older children.
We focus on enabling young people to achieve success in their family relationship, be on track scholastically and to have socially acceptable behaviours
Although some clients need specialist help for their older children, many simply want an adult presence in their homes. We can cater for older children from all backgrounds including youths who need expert guidance on issues that specifically affect adolescents today, including; sexual health, drug issues, violence and exclusion from school.
Wrixon Youth Care employs a mix of male and female carers. Many young people may just require a 'buddy' for some quality time, especially if in a single parent family that lacks male presence.All our youth carers are qualified and undergo a six week hands-on youth care training programme with us before they start their youth care duties. All carers pass an enhanced CRB check and are closely scrutinised on an ongoing basis to ensure that our youth care standards remain the best.
Our youth carers have experience of older children and teenagers from all walks of life; older children with behavioural problems, learning difficulties and other specialised requirements. If you would like to discuss your needs with us please contact us.
